All original packaging and accessories are included
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
You have valid proof of purchase

If approved, we will send return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping
5. Inspection & Approval
After we receive the returned item:
We inspect it within 3–5 business days
If the return is approved, you can choose one of the following:
Exchange
Refund
Store credit (if applicable)

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours:
