1. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original packaging and labels
Be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
Have proof of purchase or order confirmation
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Items damaged due to misuse
Custom or personalized orders
Clearance or discounted items
Items not in original condition
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange
Our team will review your request
You will receive instructions on how to return or exchange the item
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We cover the shipping for sending the replacement item (in approved cases)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at:

6. Processing Time
Once we receive your item, please allow:
3–5 business days for inspection
