If approved, you will receive return instructions
Once we receive the returned item:
We inspect it within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
